England Cricket Team’s speedster Jofra Archer is all set to be back in action. The pacer last played Cricket in 2021 and since then has been struggling with injuries. Archer was seen in Tolerance Oval Abu Dhabi in the warm-up clash of England vs England Lions.
Jofra Archer has been invaluable to the team as he not only has got express pace but is quite disciplined in his line and length. England Cricket Board (ECB) would be thrilled to see Archer back to his best and would be hoping that there are no further injuries to him.

Jofra Archer on Comeback
Jofra Archer was seen interacting with Sky Sports and was made some interesting comments on his return. “I am so, so glad to be back and this is a big year, we just won the T20, and we have the 50-over coming up so, hopefully, I get a chance to help defend the title. That (50-over World Cup) is the goal.” said Jofra Archer.

“Being back here in Abu Dhabi, in and around the guys, it is kind of heart-warming, it makes you feel like you are at home again, seeing all the familiar faces, seeing all the boys again. I still don’t think I am 100 per cent as yet; I still need to do some more work to get the body back up and fit and firing. But in the short-term, just to be fit is the most important thing.” he added.
Jofra Archer Invaluable
Jofra Archer has been signed by MI Cape Town for the inaugural SA20 league. The pacer would be pumped up to be back in action as the league is expected to be a spectacular one. Archer would be well aware of the fact that making a comeback after a long lay off is never easy.

ECB will have to be careful with his workload as another injury won’t keep the team in good stead. There are some reports suggesting that Archer would play IPL 2023 as it would be interesting because Ashes 2023 is scheduled in June 2023.
